For nearly a decade I've helped buyers and sellers across the Winnipeg Metro Region. I've thrived in helping my clients achieve their goals in an ever-changing real estate landscape, consistently performing as a top producer at my brokerage and earning the trust of my clients. 

I'm going to share a bit of my story here, because the background is relevant to how I can support you through a real estate move. You're making a big decision through this, and I'm your guide to make that happen. Through the challenges and successes, I'm here for you. 

We moved a few times around Winnipeg when I was young. It gave me appreciation and connection with many neighbourhoods throughout the City. I'm proud of this place. Where it's come from and where it's headed. There's a real sense of opportunity here. With each move represented a new set of challenges. which we faced head on. 

When you move from one place to another, there are questions that arise. There are tensions that need to be unearthed, isolated and addressed with each step in the process. 

As a child my father instilled in me a strong sense of what's needed to maintain a home. We spent countless hours on home improvement projects, where I experienced first hand what it means to maximize the value of property. With each move I learnt how to develop a sense of value, and a way to evaluate and connect with each new neighbourhood. My mother taught me that with each person there's a unique set of values and emotions, and that the connections we build with people are vital. 

Throughout my university studies and professional career prior to branching out as a real estate agent, I learnt and applied technical knowledge in protecting human and environmental health, while being part of large engineering and design projects. I gained a great understanding and appreciation of what it means to blend the concept of sustainability with the needs of humans now and into the future. To understand immediate and forecasted concerns, to protect investments, and to ensure the safety and well being of people. 

So I'm here to talk about what you're hoping to accomplish. I will only provide trust to help you see the path forward more clearly. I love what I do and get joy from protecting my client's interests. I outsource professional stagers, media producers and contractors, when needed. I want your home to showcase in the best light possible, to be broadcasted to a large audience, and I want your future investment to support your needs going forward. I also want the entire process to be as seamless and stress-free as possible.
